All rental items must be returned by the agreed return date and time specified in your booking confirmation. Late returns will be charged at the daily rental rate for each additional day until items are received. Jerclan Rentals reserves the right to recover items at the renter’s expense if they are not returned within 48 hours of the agreed time.
The renter is responsible for all rental items from the time of pickup or delivery until they are returned to Jerclan Rentals. This includes:
Damaged or lost items will be charged at replacement cost. The refundable deposit will be applied toward any damage or loss charges.
A refundable security deposit is required to confirm your booking. The deposit will be returned within 5 business days after all items are returned and inspected in good condition. Any charges for damage, loss, or late returns will be deducted from the deposit before it is refunded.
To cancel, contact us by sending a message through the website, texting, or calling us directly. Cancellations are confirmed only once you receive a reply from Jerclan Rentals.
The full rental balance is due before delivery or pickup. Accepted payment methods include Zelle, cash, and any other method agreed upon at time of booking. Booking is not confirmed until payment is received.
Rental items are for personal event use only and may not be sub-rented, resold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Jerclan Rentals. Items must be used in accordance with their intended purpose.
